END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“EULA”) CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE BABY MILK MONITOR APPLICATION (“APP”). BY USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS EULA, DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE THE APP.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, [Your Company Name] (“we”, “us”, or “our”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Baby Milk Monitor app for your personal, non-commercial use on a device you own or control.

All intellectual property rights in and to the app, including but not limited to its features, content, and code, are owned by or licensed to us. This EULA does not grant you any ownership interest in the app.
Use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The app is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, accurate, or reliable. The app is intended as a tracking tool only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding your baby’s health.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the app. We may terminate this EULA at any time if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app and delete it from your device.
We reserve the right to update or change this EULA at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
