This application is great, you can change the browser in any colour you like. As I say it is just the browser but it is a great for that. Also asked directly question following the link posted and was replied straight away. Hopefully more apps for pdf and the whole system will come soon.

The colour overlay places a tinted filter over web pages, which can significantly reduce visual stress and improve reading comfort for many people with Dyslexia. You can customise the colour and opacity to find the combination that works best for you.
